CPT Community

Wonderful piece of software--used 3.3 for a long time with my DGT board.  However, I am having an issue with 4.0.  The first time I used the program my DGT board worked perfectly, but for some reason it now wont recognize the moves.  I use the board tester to make sure it is indeed communicating with my computer--the board tester reflects the moves just fine, but nothing seems to be getting through the CPT.  Like I said, it did work once, but now...nada.  Any thoughts?

I'm right now on vacation and can't test with my DGT board. Does CPT send comments to your chessboard (or more precisely: chess clock)?

Another simple check: is the "DGT board" button activated in CPT?

Thank you for the reply.  I am not using a clock with my board, so I'm not sure if it is sending the appropriate commands back to the board.  However, I found that if I switch from Opening Rep Explorer to Training and then back again, the board would begin working again.  Weird...but it works.  DGT can be temperamental at times.
