I find that moving fast is part of really seeing the position. There was a documentary with Susan Polgar in it called My Brilliant Brain. It showed once you get so used to the training of CPT or other programs, or a really strict regimen of chess positions, you will already know the best move automatically. Some have labeled it intuition, others have labeled it pattern recognition.
I think that once you have gotten so used to training, you already know where to move. CPT assists you with this by training you in all sorts of openings, as well as responses to those openings. Once you have seen it a bollion times, you can't help but move fast. I agree with Stefan that you should change to the 'worst positions' entries, but what can we do to make things more dynamic?
