Analyzing leaf node EPD position files

Hi - CPT is a great program.  I am trying to follow the CPT manual regarding section  "4.2.14 Import EPD"  "Usually you would first export your leaf nodes of your sub-repertoire as an EPD file. Then you analyse it with a specialised program which will add a centipawn based evaluation to each position and optional suggests a line to continue from the position on."

I am having trouble analyzing the EPD file.  I just purchased Chess Assistant 9.1 and am learning how to use it.  I created a new Base, then selected Tree: EPD operations: Analyze EPD and loaded my exported EPD leaf node file and began analysis with Shredder.  Everything works until it reaches a Mate position when it come to a full stop.  I can't restart the analysis beyond that to continue with the next position.

I am hoping there are experienced users of CPT and CA who have some some advice for this situation.  Thanks, Jim Gallagher
