Hi Stefan,

I have read in the online help-file for CPT, beneath the section 6. Tips for the interface.

That it should be possible to drag and drop the diagrams of the sub-repertoires like preferred, and if I close CPT, it should automatically be  saved for next time.

I have experimented somewhat with this function and it works but if I close CPT the interface isn't automatically saved for next time?

What should be the problem, do I do something wrong?

This is a known issue unlikely to be fixed. Changes to the interface (resizing, rearranging windows, re-ordering repertoires, etc) are not saved between sessions.

 I think 4.0 will be released before any more 3.x fixes.
