I'm intrigued by the CPT but how the h*ll do you get it to work? I know I'm not very techy but I've tried and the thing just doesn't function. I've got two machines - one using XP and one Vista but it doesn't work on either of them. Can anyone help? Please make any answer very simple with instructions in plain english.

No, its NOT all working fine. :-(
Its running alright until you want to add a subrepertoire, for example. When you click the tabs the computer freezes showing the drop down menus-and you need to do a PC restart just to get out of it. Very annoying!

I also have lost ALL my menu items and icons. I uninstalled the program,
redownloaded it, and reinstalled. No change. The program worked great
the first time I used it. I'm trying to get into the wizard. I enjoy the opening classes.
Tried deleteing the ini. it didn't help. Could there be a bug??? I downloaded some of the free ...

Solution: I was installing CPT on a Windows XP running into Parallels under OSX. I choose, as the install directory, a ''shared'' directory (ie: analogous to a network path).
Copying CDP in C: made it run. So I guess the issue is that we can't install it on a network drive ?

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't clear: when I said that I installed donet, I meant that I installed donet during the installation (using the ''Do you want to install donet1.1 ? [Yes]'' button provided by the installer).
I just checked: there are 2 versions of dotnet on my computer:
v1.0.3705 and v1.1.4322

Installed CPT on an XP. It asked me to install dotnet, which I did.
CPT crashes at startup:
''Application has generated an exception that could not be handled''
